Outside Hammer Industries, Wang Jing released Ivan Vanko, who was clad in battle armor, and then sent Agent No. 2, disguised as Ivan Vanko, back to the main dimension. After completing these tasks, Wang Jing spoke through the communication channel, “He’s escaped. Tony, be careful—the robots are all under Ivan Vanko’s control now!”

“Damn it, I know, but I need help here. I can’t handle this alone!” Tony Stark replied.

“I’m on my way!” After ending the call, Wang Jing flew toward the expo site.

At that moment, Justin Hammer of Hammer Industries was tap-dancing his way to the center of the stage, introducing his company’s latest battle armor to an assembly of high-ranking figures from various sectors, alongside Colonel Rhodes, who was wearing the armor. Even Wang Jing was taken aback—Tony Stark’s Mark II was still lying in the basement, so where had Rhodes’s armor come from?

Hammer soon explained to everyone, “Honestly, I lost a lot of hair developing this all-weather armor for Colonel Rhodes. But in the end, it was worth every sleepless night.”

“From now on, maintaining peace will no longer be the privilege of a few. Starting this moment, I hand the task of upholding peace back to our soldiers!”

As Hammer’s voice rose in a triumphant shout, a roaring sound of thrusters filled the air. Everyone looked up to see a bright streak swiftly descending from the sky, crashing onto the stage.

When they realized it was Iron Man, Tony Stark, descending, the crowd erupted into enthusiastic cheers.

Rhodes stepped forward and said to Tony, “Tony, this isn’t the time to cause trouble.”

“I’m not here to cause trouble. You’re in danger. Remember Ivan Vanko in Monaco?”

“What’s wrong? Didn’t he die?” Rhodes asked, puzzled.

“I suspect he’s in cahoots with Hammer. The armor you’re wearing might be his creation!” Tony said, striding toward Justin Hammer, who was setting the scene.

“Where is he?” Tony demanded.

“What? Who are you talking about?” Hammer feigned ignorance.

“You know why I’m here. Tell me—where is he? Where’s Ivan Vanko?”

“What Ivan Vanko? What are you saying? I know you have issues with me creating the Iron Man suit, but there’s no need to vent here!” Hammer played dumb.

At that moment, all the battle armors present, including Rhodes’s, raised their weapons, aiming them at Tony Stark.

The crowd fell silent, stunned by the sudden turn.

Tony immediately soared into the air, shouting, “Let’s move somewhere else!” and flew upwards.

All the remote-controlled robots below, along with Rhodes’s armor, opened fire at Tony in the sky. Instantly, gunfire echoed throughout the expo hall, and the glass ceiling shattered under the barrage, sending shards crashing down onto the crowd.

Panic spread among those below, scattering in all directions. Just then, Wang Jing arrived, his electromagnetic cannon swiftly blasting the heads off a dozen remote-controlled robots behind him. He quickly made his way to Pepper, who was being escorted out by Happy and Natasha.

“Miss Pepper, Tony asked me to take you somewhere safe.” Without waiting for a reply, Wang Jing scooped her up and shot into the sky toward a distant rooftop.

After setting her down, he warned her not to wander off and then returned to the battlefield to support Tony Stark.

Flying swiftly through the air, Wang Jing, under Moos’s precise guidance, quickly wiped out all the Army model remote-controlled robots.

Then he rushed to the crash site where Tony Stark and Rhodes had landed. To Wang Jing’s surprise, despite the many twists in the story, the two still crashed in the original plot’s ecological park.

When Wang Jing arrived, both Rhodes and Tony were still lying on the ground, waiting for their armor systems to reboot.

Seeing this, Wang Jing landed beside Rhodes and brutally tore out the Arc Reactor embedded in his chest.

Trapped inside the armor, Rhodes felt a sharp pain in his chest, then everything went black. He shouted, “Hey, buddy, what are you doing?”

“Stay put and wait for me to come back!” Wang Jing said before flying toward a distant rooftop with Rhodes’s armor.

By the time Wang Jing returned to the ecological park, Tony’s armor system had rebooted and he was back on his feet.

“Where did you take Rhodes?” Tony asked.

“Where your girlfriend is. But don’t worry, I removed the Arc Reactor from his armor.” Wang Jing pointed to a piece of scrap metal nearby.

“What’s our next move?” Tony glanced at the scrap metal.

“Set up a defensive position and wait for Ivan Vanko to come to us.”

“Just the two of us?” Tony looked around skeptically.

“That’s right, the two of us are enough.”

“I think you should call more people from your world. It’ll make things easier later,” Tony suggested.

“No, too many people will be hard to explain, and we’re more than capable of handling these remote-controlled robots,” Wang Jing firmly rejected Tony’s idea.

“Fine, fine, then I’ll take the high ground over there for fire support!” Tony pointed to a small hill beside them.

No sooner had Tony spoken than one Air Force model remote-controlled robot after another landed in the ecological park.

Surrounded on all sides by the robots, Wang Jing muttered, “What did you say just now?”

“Fight side by side!” Tony said, closing his helmet and launching an attack on the incoming robots.

His palm arc cannons took out two robots in front of him, then he bent low to dodge a missile coming from behind.

Wang Jing’s task was much easier. His electromagnetic cannon fired like a machine gun, each bullet striking the heads of the robots with deadly precision.

Tony wasn’t to be outdone; wrist-mounted, he launched several miniature armor-piercing missiles, instantly destroying four robots.

Despite their ferocious firepower, the sheer number of robots closing in was overwhelming.

When the robots reached striking distance and they had to fight hand-to-hand, Wang Jing shouted to Tony, “Tony, clear them out now!”

“Get down!” Tony shouted after blasting a nearby robot.

Following Tony’s cue, Wang Jing dropped to the ground. The next moment, two dazzling red laser beams swept around twice, slicing every robot nearby into halves or even smaller pieces.

Standing up, Wang Jing watched as Tony ejected two single-use laser launchers and remarked, “You should stock up on more of these!”

“I’m working on reusable laser launchers. These are just a makeshift solution,” Tony replied.

Just then, a clone of Ivan Vanko clad in Whiplash armor descended.

“Feels good to be back!” the clone said, removing his helmet.

“Are you coming, or am I?” Wang Jing asked.

“My ultimate move is used up. It’s your turn!”

“Alright, wait for me. I’ll be back soon,” Wang Jing said before disappearing from sight.
