The group exchanged greetings.

Li Xu had also noticed that the students of the Heaven Class had rather dark circles beneath their eyes.
They had most likely been staying up late to study.

“Instructor Huang, I studied a little longer last night.”
“So did I. I went to bed slightly later than usual.”
When Instructor Huang heard that they had done it for the sake of study, his expression softened somewhat. Even so, he still said, “Spending more time studying is a good thing. You will all be taking the examinations next year. But do not stay up too late.”
Li Xu thought to himself that he would ask later what time the students of the Heaven Class usually studied until.
